Submitting an inquiry through the calculator stores your answers about the project, the contact details you enter (name, email, and optionally company, business ID, phone and message), the language the inquiry was made in, the wording and version of the consent you agree to, and the technical data needed to protect the form from abuse — your IP address and browser information. While you are filling the form in, your answers are kept in your own browser so a page reload does not start you over; they reach us only when you submit.

The legal basis is the consent you give when submitting the form. You can withdraw that consent at any time by writing to the email address below.

An inquiry that does not turn into an order is automatically anonymized 24 months after it was submitted — the personal fields are overwritten, while the record and its answers stay for my own statistics. An inquiry that does turn into an order is kept longer, as part of that business relationship, under the ordinary record-keeping period.

Emails are sent through Resend. The form is protected from bots by Cloudflare Turnstile, which sees the IP address and browser behaviour while verifying. Site traffic is measured by Umami, without cookies and without storing personal data. None of these providers receives data for any purpose other than the one stated here.

You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected, to have it erased, to restrict its processing, and to object to its processing. To exercise any of these, write to roman@vengex.com.
